There is little so classy and delicious as tucking herbs into your meals.  We will cook and eat together, learning how to add aroma and flavor to every dish with fresh herbs from the garden.  Go home with new ideas and recipes to share.

​FAST FOOD IN SEASON
Seasonal cooking is beautiful and nourishing - and sometimes hard to squeeze into the day.  In this class, we will make beautiful meals that are simple to prepare.  We will also cover how to plan and prepare for multiple meals at once.  This will be a feast for our eyes and our stomachs, so schedule it over a mealtime!  Go home with a copy of the recipes we make.

WOOD FIRED PIZZA
The experience of fire and fresh pizza is hard to beat. Enjoy the process of making artisan pizza in a wood fired oven - from crafting a perfect dough to preparing seasonal toppings. Then learn the art of hearth baking and, of course, celebrate by eating what you've made!

FLATBREAD IN A WOOD FIRED OVEN
The experience of fire and fresh bread is hard to beat.  Enjoy the process of making artisan flat bread in a wood fired oven - from mixing the dough to shaping, proofing, baking and eating!  And everyone will have bread to take home.
