Meet Your Instructor
Instructor Anna Geyer has 20 years of experience creating and operating small businesses in rural Iowa.  Best known is her wood fired pizza venue, Geyer’s Oven. Two other favorites have been Crust & Crumb, serving up handmade artisan hearth bread, and Anna's Cutting Garden, offering u-pick flowers and custom floral design for weddings and events.  Most recently, she founded Land Alliance Folk School & Retreat Center, providing lodging, classes, retreats and this entrepreneurship program.
