Improvising With Bread Ever wish you could improvise with your bread recipe? Learn the core ingredients of a great loaf of bread - then learn all the ways you can change it up! We will cover the diverse ways of mixing, shaping, proofing and how to modify them to your tastes and schedule. Making Pizza in a Wood Fired Oven Dive into the world of artisan wood fired pizza! The experience of fire and fresh pizza is hard to beat. Enjoy the process of making artisan pizza in a wood fired oven - from crafting a perfect dough to preparing seasonal toppings. From Sheep to Yarn Come spend the day with instructor Lesley Darling as she demystifies the process of cleaning a raw fleece, picking, carding and learning to spin using age old spindle technology.
